About The Position
Oversees the escorts personnel and the daily operations of patient escort services. Greets, escorts, and assists customers in a highly personalized and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in working with the general public using customer relations skills.
- Previous experience in handling ill patients to and from vehicles, seated positions, and wheelchairs.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to communicate decisions and resolve conflict.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to interact appropriately with a diverse population of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
