As a Team Lead Distribution, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets it required level of production. The team leader is responsible for the coordination of warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center. We will count on you to ensure that client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations. Monitor and document the daily volume of lab units in departmental records. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Some supervisory experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees.

Responsibilities
