About The Position
Paramount Printing is seeking an effective and motivated team leader with a proven track record of monitoring progress to ensure goal attainment. The selected candidate will guide the implementation of strategies designed to achieve planned goals. This 2nd shift team leader is responsible for delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to learn how to effectively use databases systems such as ERP’s.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize the tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
