About The Position
This is a front-line team leader position responsible for managing daily and routine courier schedules. The role serves as the point of contact for clients in the Bloomington area. The Team Lead provides direction to staff and performs duties related to the area's major work functions. This includes coordinating scheduling, training, and inventory duties. The position also involves developing and maintaining courier personnel policies and ensuring effective utilization of human and material resources. Additionally, the Team Lead trains staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years of lab courier experience
- A valid Indiana Operator's license
- A good driving history
- Understanding of the traffic laws of the state of Indiana
