With 16 global facilities, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our team. Job Summary Team Lead As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes operating and setting up various CNC and non-CNC production machinery, conducting manual assembly tasks, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

A technical degree and 2+ years of experience preferred, or a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Intermediate math skills & aptitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand drawing and blueprints.
Ability to use measuring instruments accurately and effectively.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Prior experience in a manufacturing industry

Responsibilities

Be a technical resource for operators.
Train and develop less experienced operators with the help of the Value Stream Manager (VSM).
Complete work order paperwork and maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Operate machines like saws, winders, manual mills, lathes, routers, and more.
Conduct in-process inspections according to standard procedures.
