About The Position

The Team Lead is a vital leadership role on the community support team (CST) team providing community-based care and case management. The team ensures that all clients receive high-quality care in their home or community location. Southeastern Integrated Care (SEIC) is a leading integrated delivery system uniting mental health, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, primary care, and chronic condition management to promote holistic wellness for individuals and families. We meet patients where they are—whether in our facilities, community settings, or through secure virtual care—to ensure equitable access and personalized treatment. Our interdisciplinary team of over 400 trained physicians, therapists, nurses, and peer specialists work collaboratively to leverage technology and compassion to serve 19 counties with 21 specialized programs. Requirements

Must have a master’s degree and current Mental Health licensure.
LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A), or LPA.
Full or provisional
A minimum of 1 year of experience with the population served.
Must possess a current, valid, NC driver’s license and insurance with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provides therapy and behavioral interventions for individuals served with MH/SUD diagnosis.
Develop and update PCP’s and enter documentation into the system.
Provides clinical supervision for all members of their team.
Ensures the quality care and safety of the individuals served by the team.
