Requirements

  • State of Ohio-LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation.
  • Master’s degree or higher education in social work, clinical counseling, or related studies.
  • Expertise in diagnostic assessments, cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities, and trauma-informed care.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical service delivery to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow.
  • Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs.
  • Develop individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences.
  • Support the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance.
  • Assess client risk levels, complete risk assessments, and implement appropriate safety planning.
  • Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming.
  • Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners.
  • Supervise clinical staff and interns, including performance evaluations, coaching, productivity monitoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, accurate clinical documentation, and proper management of clinical records.
