About The Position

This is a full-time, high-travel role for a Team Lead Bank Janitorial Floater responsible for responding to last-minute 'call-outs' by driving to assigned bank branches across all Michigan counties. The role requires independent work, performing high-security cleaning, and managing travel between multiple sites daily. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving long distances in various weather conditions and possess a reliable, insured vehicle. This is not a standard 9-to-5 job; shifts are Monday through Saturday evenings, and completion is based on results and final walkthrough by an Area Manager, not just the clock.

Requirements

Reliable, insured vehicle capable of daily, long-distance travel across the Metro area.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving in Michigan winters, rain, and heavy construction traffic.
Smartphone proficiency for using GPS and mobile apps to clock in/out.
Ability to go from 'car to work' multiple times a night.
Trustworthiness; a background check is mandatory.
Adaptability to a schedule that changes daily and not knowing the exact work location until the shift starts.

Responsibilities

Respond to last-minute 'call-outs' by driving to assigned bank branches across all Michigan counties.
Efficiently manage your own travel between sites.
Perform high-security cleaning including sanitizing ATMs, teller lines, glass partitions, and private offices.
Work independently at various locations, often being the only person in the building with the keys and alarm code.
Keep your vehicle stocked with essential cleaning kits.
Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms and break rooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum various floor surfaces.
Perform trash removal and liner replacement.
Dust desks, furniture, and fixtures; perform window washing as needed.
Disinfect high-touch areas to ensure a healthy environment.
Replenish paper products and track cleaning supplies.
