About The Position

This is a full-time, high-travel role for a Team Lead Bank Janitorial Floater based in the Detroit & Greater Metro Area. This position is not a typical "one building, one shift" job. As a Supervisor, you are part of an emergency response team, expected to be on the road for a significant portion of your shift, navigating through Detroit’s neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs. The role requires comfort with driving long distances daily in various weather conditions and traffic. You will be responsible for responding to last-minute "call-outs" by driving to assigned bank branches, performing high-security cleaning, and operating independently at various locations. The shift is Monday through Saturday, evenings, typically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or later, with the understanding that a shift is not finished until all tasks are completed to 100% satisfaction and signed off by an Area Manager.

Requirements

Reliable, insured vehicle capable of daily, long-distance travel across the Metro area.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving in Michigan winters, rain, and heavy construction traffic.
Smartphone proficiency for using GPS and mobile apps to clock in/out.
Stamina to go from "car to work" multiple times a night.
Trustworthiness (background check is mandatory).
Adaptability to a daily changing schedule and unknown work locations.
Ability to handle keys and alarm codes for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Respond to last-minute "call-outs" by driving to assigned bank branches across all Michigan counties.
Efficiently manage your own travel between sites.
Perform high-security cleaning including sanitizing ATMs, teller lines, glass partitions, and private offices.
Work independently at various locations, often being the only person in the building with the keys and alarm code.
Keep your vehicle stocked with essential cleaning kits to ensure you’re ready for any site regardless of their on-site inventory.
Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms and break rooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum various floor surfaces.
Perform trash removal and liner replacement.
Dust desks, furniture, and fixtures; window washing as needed.
Disinfect high-touch areas to ensure a healthy environment.
Replenish paper products and track cleaning supplies.
Stay until the job is right, ensuring all tasks are completed to 100% satisfaction.
