Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21
• Must have team coaching experience
• Must be SafeSport certified
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Be Enthusiastic and positive while coaching
• Must be able to lift & move gymnastics equipment up to 40lbs
• Possess effective Teaching & Coaching skills
• Possess proper spotting techniques
• Possess organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Attend all team practices (4 nights a week)
• Occasionally attend weekend meets
• May also be responsible for coaching some pre-team and recreational classes
• Be familiar with and has worked with USA Gymnastics guidelines for all Xcel levels
• Follows all YMCA as well as the Gymnastics studios Rules & policies
