The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department, focusing on ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages and finding solutions, facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting assistance from other departments. This role primarily supports the Anderson facilities but may be utilized in other departments. The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
