About The Position
The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department, focusing on ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, and finding solutions. This role also facilitates the implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes and requests non-personnel related assistance from other departments. The Team Coordinator may also be required to perform other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
- 4+ Years Experience

- Previous lead position experience.
Responsibilities
- Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line.
- Address and correct workflow issues.
- Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
- Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
- Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
