The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department, allowing the Coach to focus more on the people in the area and less on daily work flow issues. The primary responsibilities include ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying and resolving part/resource shortages, facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting non-personnel assistance from other departments via work orders. This role may also involve other assigned manufacturing duties.
