About The Position

Sentara Health Plans Community Care is looking to hire a Team Coordinator, Enrollment. This is a remote position available in multiple states. The Team Coordinator of Enrollment supervises the day-to-day processes and staff related to all enrollment activities, including web, paper, and electronic enrollment and group set up processes. The role ensures a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures. The position is accountable for daily workflow, staff development, and quality control and quality assurance activities for the team.

Requirements

Associate's degree in related major (required). Applicants who do not have their associate's degree will be required to sign an associate's degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their associate's degree within 3 years of hire.
Prior Project Management & Process Improvement experience (required).
3 years of Enrollment experience (required).
