About The Position

Accelevation designs, manufactures and installs the physical infrastructure that powers today’s most advanced technologies. We’ve grown over 440% in the last 18 months because we take ownership, solve hard problems, and build with purpose. Join us to build the future. The Team Coach is a frontline operational leader responsible for running today safely, delivering quality at takt, and solving problems immediately. Rooted in Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, the Team Coach acts as a leader-as-teacher, owning daily safety, quality, and standard work while developing operators through hands-on coaching. This role exists to ensure problems are surfaced and addressed in real time, work is performed to standard, and teams are continuously improving. Team Coaches have real authority and accountability for their area and are expected to solve problems at the lowest possible level.
