About The Position

At FACE Amusement, our Team Captains help keep the arcade running smoothly while delivering amazing guest experiences every single day. This is the perfect role for someone who is responsible, energetic, and ready to grow. As a Team Captain at Lulu's Arcade, you’ll play a key role in daily operations and guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an arcade, family entertainment center, restaurant, retail, or other high-volume entertainment environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to train and support team members
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Desire to grow into a management role

Responsibilities

• Helping open and close the arcade
• Supporting daily operations during busy shifts
• Training new team members on company culture, guest service, game knowledge, safety & cleanliness, and creating FUN experiences
• Assisting guests with games, prizes, attractions, and parties
• Troubleshooting minor game or guest issues
• Keeping the arcade clean, organized, and high-energy
• Supporting special events, birthday parties, and promotions
• Maintaining a positive and upbeat environment
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep the fun going
