As a Team Assistant, you will make an impact and help Hamilton Lane run smoothly by supporting our Private Wealth Solutions team and maximizing productivity. You will be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment, exercising good judgement and discretion while maintaining realistic balance among multiple priorities. In addition, you will have excellent organizational and administrative skills and enjoy performing with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as an administrative professional in Financial, Professional Services, or related sectors
  • Exemplary planning, time management, and work prioritization abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • A passion to learn, to contribute and to reinforce the culture throughout your interactions
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Complete complex tasks and projects quickly, and with autonomy
  • Understand situations that are urgent and require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture
  • Perform high-level, confidential administrative support and calendar management
  • Partner with internal business units to resolve any logistical issues.
  • Handle expenses for multiple executives and process them on time and with accuracy
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements
  • Be a team player who maintains a positive attitude when under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
