About The Position
The Department of Plant Science is seeking a candidate to serve as a teaching assistant for approximately 6 to 10 hours of work per week during the fall 2026 semester for HORT 169N. Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to: Grading assignments, answering emails from students, as well as other duties as assigned by the supervising instructor.
Requirements
- Must pass standard background check
- Full-time registered Penn State student
- Successfully completed the course for which they will be assisting
Nice To Haves
- Can serve in the position for two (2) or more consecutive semesters
