About The Position

The Human Gross Anatomy TA is responsible for assisting the faculty with a variety of tasks within the Advanced Human Gross Anatomy course. These tasks include assisting students in the course with questions, assisting with dissections, laboratory facility cleaning, and assisting with lab practical tests.

Requirements

  • Must have taken either BIO 409/410 or BIO 600/600L
  • Must be able to work in the unique human cadaver environment
  • For BIO 409 – TAs must be able to work every weekday either in the morning and/or the afternoon sessions during the month of January
  • For BIO 600 – TAs must be available to work weekdays from late May until the middle of August
  • Ability to communicate well with others
  • Must be responsible and dependable
  • Must be a current student at Bethel University
