About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the Introduction to Aging course (GRT 1501) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves a combination of tasks such as leading discussion groups, grading assignments and exams, providing one-on-one student consultations, and proctoring exams. The student must commit to the suggested work schedule and be available to attend the course as requested by the professor. The School expects all assistants to be physically present on campus to complete their tasks. The teaching mode may change due to health or other reasons. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or equivalent and the ability to work independently. Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6. Some professors expect their assistants to attend the course, so it is important to check the course schedule to avoid conflicts. The course is offered in person, and the candidate must meet the language requirement for the course.
