About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Criminology course (CRM1300, Section D00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves a combination of tasks such as leading discussion groups, marking papers and exams, holding office hours for student consultations, and proctoring exams. The student must commit to the suggested work schedule and be available to attend the course lectures if requested by the supervisor. This course is taught in-person.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate with specialization in Criminology or its equivalent.
• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
• Must be available to attend the course at the request of the supervisor.
• Must meet the deadlines set by the supervisor.
