About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant for CRM1300 C00, Introduction to Criminology, during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves a combination of tasks such as leading discussion groups, marking papers and exams, holding office hours for student consultations, and proctoring exams. The student must adhere to the suggested work schedule and be available to attend the course lectures if requested by the supervisor. This course is in-person.

Requirements

• Baccalauréat avec spécialisation en criminologie ou son équivalent.
• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6.
• All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
