About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the Forensic Psychology course (PSY3173, Section A00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course will be offered in person, and TAs will be expected to be available on campus for in-person duties such as proctoring and handling deferrals. The hiring process will follow the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

  • Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Current enrolment in the MA/PhD program in Psychology.
  • Ability to come on campus for in-person duties.

Responsibilities

  • Training, preparation, contact with students, marking, grading, and proctoring all exams for the Forensic Psychology course.
  • Be available to come on campus for any in-person duties outlined by the course instructor (proctoring, deferrals, etc.).
  • Complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
