About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) for the course THERMODYNAMIQUE I (MCG2530 Section A00) during the 2026 Fall Semester. The role involves providing teaching assistance, leading labs/tutorials, consulting with students, grading, and supervising exams. The specific distribution of hours and tasks will be determined by the supervising professor based on the needs of the course. The course will be offered in person, but the teaching method may change due to health measures or other reasons. Requirements
- Solid understanding of the subject matter (Thermodynamics I)
- Successful completion of mechanical engineering courses or equivalent related to the subject matter
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available for the entire session
- Must be available for final exam supervision
- Must be available for in-person course delivery
