About The Position

This posting is for a new position as a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the Geotechnical Design course (CVG 4108) during the Fall 2026 semester. The Faculty is the Faculty of Engineering, and the Unit is the Department of Civil Engineering_ST. The position is classified under CUPE. The course has an expected enrollment of 45 students. The work start date is September 01, 2026, and the work end date is December 31, 2026, with a total of 130 work hours. The hourly rate is $31.89 for undergraduate students and $50.25 for graduate students (2024-2025 rates), excluding vacation and statutory pay. These rates are subject to change upon ratification of a new collective agreement, with retroactivity applied. The language of work is English.
