About The Position

This posting is for a new position as a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) for the Introduction to Linear Algebra course (MAT-1741, Section B) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves contact with students for 50 hours. The position is part of the Faculty of Science, within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at a rate of $31.89/hour, while graduate students will be paid $50.25/hour (2024-2025 rates, subject to collective agreement ratification and potential retroactivity).
