About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant position for the Psychometric Methods course (PSY3307, Section C00) during the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Ottawa. The course will be offered in person, and TAs will be expected to be available on campus for duties such as proctoring and handling deferrals. The hiring process will follow the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements
- Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent.
- Current enrolment in the MA/PhD program in Psychology.
- All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
- Ability to perform in-person duties on campus.
Responsibilities
- Training, preparation, contact with students, marking, grading, and proctoring all exams for the Psychometric Methods course (PSY3307, Section C00).
- Being available to come on campus for any in-person duties outlined by the course instructor, such as proctoring and handling deferrals.
