About The Position
People Incorporated of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Teacher at its Clarke Head Start Center. The position is responsible for providing direct educational instruction with a focus on individualizing lesson plans to support the development of children. You will promote school readiness in lesson plans and classroom activities; ensure appropriate and positive classroom management. You will utilize a team approach and model professionalism in work with other staff. You will also be responsible for regular data entry and child assessments.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or higher is required.
- One to three years experience working with children.
