Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large group early childhood center
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clear criminal background
Responsibilities
- Teaching children in a center
- Creating a caring, supportive environment where children can learn, laugh, and thrive
- Understanding age-appropriate early childhood behavior
- Effectively managing a classroom
- Communicating professionally with parents, coworkers, and supervisors
