About The Position
At Otter Learning, we provide community-focused early childhood education in a safe, nurturing daycare environment. We're looking for passionate Teachers who have a heart for children and a background in education.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities promoting intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Prepare children for kindergarten using our play-based curriculum.
- Support daily care routines such as meals, potty training, changing, and nap time.
- Maintain open communication with parents and team members via our Classroom Management system.
- Oversee classroom operations and guide junior staff.
- Assist leadership in classroom and facility management as needed.
