We are opening a brand new The Learning Experience in Canton and are hiring Infant, Toddler, Twos, and Preschool Teachers to build an amazing team from day one. Requirements

Have a genuine passion for working with young children
A High School Diploma or GED (required)
Are warm, patient, creative, and reliable
Enjoy working as part of a team and growing in your role

Nice To Haves

Have at least 6 months to 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred, not required for all roles)
An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Implement our L.E.A.P. curriculum using fun, hands-on activities and beloved characters to make learning exciting
Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
Communicate with families regularly about their child’s progress, milestones, and daily activities (including through our mobile app)
Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development
Help create a classroom where learning and play happen seamlessly every day
