Requirements
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicators
- People who love being active and working outdoors
- Goal-driven and competitive mindset (sports or team background a plus)
- Ages 18+ with legal U.S. work eligibility
- Reliable transportation across Orange County / LA County (Norwalk to Irvine)
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at community events, local neighborhoods, and pop-up activations
- Connect with potential customers in-person to raise awareness and provide information
- Track daily outreach and results using mobile tools
- Participate in team huddles, training, and weekly performance check-ins
- Compete and collaborate in a fast-moving, goal-driven culture
