About The Position
The Work-Family Connection is a non-profit organization that provides before and after school enrichment. We have been in business since 1989. We run before and after school programs in over 30 school districts. Our programs are enrichment based and provide working parents with a place to send their children and know they have homework help, are safe and are able to have fun.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Must be 18+ years old
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Motivated, team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Site Director in the day-to-day operations of the program
- Constant interaction with the children as well as the parents
- Implementing curriculum and activities
- Assisting with homework
- Maintaining the safety and supervision of the program
