Requirements
- Arizona Elementary Certificate with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Middle Grades Certificate with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Secondary Certificate with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Art Approved Area or Art K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Art Education PreK-12 Certificate
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
