About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, systems-oriented Teacher Training Coordinator to join our education team. This is a critical administrative role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves owning a process from start to finish. You will be the bridge between our sales funnel and our in-studio experience. Your primary mission is to manage a high volume of daily leads (100+), facilitate seamless enrollment into our Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure our studios and trainers have the real-time information they need to close sales and setup teacher training programs for success.

Requirements

  • Enjoy high-volume tasks and take pride in clearing your queue quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable learning new software (CRM and LMS platforms).
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Notice the small things—a misspelled name, a missing signature, or an incorrectly filed document.
  • Understand that in sales and education, timing is everything.
  • Respond to requests and process leads with speed.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal corporate teams and external studio owners.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • 1–2 years of experience in high-volume data entry, sales coordination, or customer service operations.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (vlookups, data sorting, and formatting).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional email etiquette.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently sort and assign 100+ leads daily within our CRM.
  • Ensure all prospective students are correctly placed into our Learning Management System and communication funnels.
  • Monitor incoming SMS replies and immediately alert local studios/franchisees of high-intent prospects via screenshots and direct messaging.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with studio teams to ensure leads are being contacted within brand standards.
  • Manage the student lifecycle within our Learning Management System, including daily uploads, section changes, and enrollment extensions.
  • Pull and verify digital enrollment agreements daily to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
  • Maintain the Teacher Training data sheet and update the corporate systems daily with participant data.
  • Generate and distribute diplomas for students who have successfully completed their training hours.
  • Serve as the point of contact for studio managers regarding student status and updates.
