This is a role for a detail orientated multi-tasker with good organization and communication skills. The position will support the overall Training Department administration, covering a variety of activities to support the Training Director, trainers and employees. Strong verbal and written email communication is necessary to respond to training requests and questions from employees and customers, in a polite and professional manner. Consistent follow through, organization and attention to detail is the key to success. This role will also manage onboarding training and skill gap assessments for new employees to promote and improve employee engagement, retention and growth within the company.
