About The Position
Montessori Children's House (MCH) in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania is searching for Montessori Prep Teacher Assistants to join our team of dedicated Montessori educators. At Montessori Children's House - Blue Bell, our mission is to embody the educational principles of Dr. Maria Montessori in a close-knit, caring community of children, parents, teachers and staff. We strive to guide and support children to feel confident and competent in creating their own learning, and to provide support and resources for parents as they facilitate their children's growth. Working alongside the Montessori certified Lead Teacher, the Montessori Toddler Assistant will provide support for a group of 12-13 children in a Montessori Prep class (18 months- 3 years). Although Montessori experience is helpful, we are happy to train self-motivated, eager and receptive learners who love working with young children. This is a 12 month position that includes the school year and Camp Discovery, our summer program. Option for full-time or part-time depending on need. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
