Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Eligible for employment in the US
• Pass a criminal background check
• Possess, or be willing to earn, a California teaching credential
• Two current professional references on file, including one from a previous supervisor
• Disclose every California school district, County Office of Education, charter school or state special school that they have worked for to satisfy AB2534 requirements.

• Acceptance of up to twelve years of full-time teaching experience in other school settings on the salary schedule.
