About The Position
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking a Teacher for Physical Education for the 2026-2027 school year. The primary function of this role is to help students learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible individuals. RCSD serves nearly 23,000 students across 48 PreK sites and 39 schools, with a commitment to equity, academic excellence, and student empowerment. The district offers specialized programs, including bilingual education, alternative learning pathways, and college and career readiness initiatives.
