About The Position
Ampersand Therapy, a women-founded, therapist-led school-based therapy company, is seeking a compassionate, student-focused Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a virtual position serving students in a Michigan school district. The role offers a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives. Interviews are currently being conducted.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan Standard or Professional Teaching Certificate with Visual Impairment Endorsement.

Responsibilities
- Provide services to students with visual impairments in a Michigan school district.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and potentially receive mentorship for those new to school-based practice.
