Mass Audubon is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and highly motivated educator dedicated to environmental and climate education. This individual should love the outdoors and be deeply committed to equity in access to nature for all. As a member of Mass Audubon’s Central Education team, this Teacher Naturalist will engage internal and external stakeholders, ensure educational and outreach outcomes, and promote Mass Audubon’s mission. This position will teach PK-12 programming, primarily in Worcester and Fitchburg, MA, including specific field trips, in-school visits, afterschool programs, and developing a watershed program. The ideal candidate will support Mass Audubon’s commitment to equity and justice and bring a diverse range of experiences. This is a 10-month term-limited position with potential for extension.
