About The Position
Malden High School seeks a mathematics teacher for the 2026–27 school year. The school offers a diverse, student-centered, rigorous curriculum designed to address varied learning styles and needs, along with a wide range of academic and enrichment opportunities. Its work includes improving the transition from middle school to high school, supporting students as they prepare for college and careers, and increasing Student Growth Percentile in ELA and Math MCAS. Malden High School also serves many English Language Learners and regularly examines programs and methods to support their academic success. The teacher reports to the Building Principal and Director of STEM. Salary is commensurate with the Malden Public Schools Unit A salary schedule.
Requirements
- DESE license in Mathematics, grades 9–12.
- SEI Teacher Endorsement.
