About The Position
This posting is for an Algebra 1 position at Tavares High School, requiring Math 6-12 Certification. Tavares High School is located near downtown Tavares, known as "America's Seaplane City," with a seaplane base on Lake Dora. The school serves approximately 80 teachers and 1,500 students in a classic Florida-style building. The mission of Tavares High School is to prepare students to become confident, self-directed, lifelong learners who will make positive contributions to society. Starting salary is commensurate with relevant education and experience. This role does not provide for employment visa sponsorship.
