Requirements
- Age-Appropriate Arizona Teaching Certificate (excluding Special Ed and CTE)
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
