Serve as a case manager to support the implementation of IEP processes in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations. Provide an educational atmosphere where students can develop intellectually, emotionally, physically, and psychologically, aligning with District philosophy, goals, and objectives. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in Exceptional Student Education with the required endorsement, and meeting certification and highly qualified requirements for core content areas. The teacher will design and implement educational services for exceptional students, utilizing research-based strategies and technology to support learning. Key responsibilities include assessing student achievement, maintaining a safe learning environment, and providing specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals.
