About The Position
Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program for students through curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs, while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations. This position is a full-time, benefit-eligible instructional position for 196 days per year, with a specialty in Reading for Middle School (Grade 6-8).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate or District-issued adjunct certification OR Valid statement of eligibility
- Fingerprinting and Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
