Center Teacher Assistant - Martha & Mary
About The Position
Martha & Mary is seeking professional Teacher Assistants to join their team. The role involves providing quality care and a safe learning environment for children aged Infant-Preschool. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic leaders, skilled communicators, possess a strong work ethic and team mindset, and have a desire to learn and grow as educators, making a difference in children's lives. Both Part Time and Full Time positions are available. The starting wage ranges from $17.50/hr. to $19.40/hr. depending on related experience. Teacher Assistants will support the classroom teacher, manage the classroom, and actively supervise children.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass required state background checks
Responsibilities
- Assisting the classroom teacher as needed
- Classroom management
- Active supervision of the children in your care
