About The Position
The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for an Alternative School Teacher Assistant/One-on-One Aide. The position includes supporting our classrooms for students in need of behavior intervention.
Requirements
- Experience with students who demonstrate significant cognitive disabilities
- Experience with students who demonstrate significant negative behavioral tendencies
- Experience with, or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
- Experience collaborating with educational staff members
- Demonstrate positive team player attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness and ability to think outside the box
