Provides services to Early Head Start children and families in compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards. This is a child care role involving assisting the Teacher in working with young children and families to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. A CDA-Infant and Toddler credential is required, or a degree in Early Childhood/Child Development, or a completed degree with at least 12 credit hours in Early Childhood/Child Development. This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse (Level 2), as mandated by law.
