SPIN’s Early Childhood Program is rated Keystone Star 4 Status which is the highest level of achievement for early learning programs in Pennsylvania. The Teacher Assistant will be part of a professional early intervention team, which includes teachers, speech, occupational, and physical therapists. They will assist in developing comprehensive evaluation reports, plan, and implement Individual Educational Plan. They will also assist teachers in an inclusive preschool setting with children who are typically developing and those with special needs, and provide direct supervision, care and support to children. The role involves carrying out educational, creative and recreational activities in the classroom or play park.
